     Based on research worth in the center of cells technologies several thesis were defended:

2007 год

     Human bone marrow multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells obtainment and biological characterization, fabrication of bone structures and their application.

     This dissertation is dedicated to the development of an effective method of human bone marrow MSC isolation and their total characterization. Besides the method of in vitro bone structures obtainment to heal bone defects was developed.
   2007 год

    Adipose tissue multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells and their application in three-dimensional cartilaginous tissue grafts fabrication.

     This work considers the problem of human adipose tissue MSC isolation and characterization. Based on the application of this cell material the in vitro method of three-dimensional cartilaginous tissue grafts was developed.

2011 год

    In vitro obtainment of bone marrow multipotent mesenchymal stromal cell three-dimensional bone tissue grafts and their application in bone tissue injury.

     The main topic of this thesis is dedicated to the problem of in vitro biological bone tissue equivalents based on bone marrow MSC obtainment for vast tubular bone defects substitution. Nonclinical investigations on farm animals (small cattle - sheep) were performed.
